  •   By visiting their Home Branch and submitting a complaint so that necessary action may be initiated by the home branch regarding stop/hold/raising charge back for the reported transaction.

  •   Sending mail to cfrm[at]indianbank[dot]bank[dot]in

Simultaneously, customer can report the incident to cyber police for investigation by lodging a compliant in the website https://www.cybercrime.gov.in/ or by calling on National Cybercrime Help Line Number:1930.
